Test bed installation and configuration is one of the key activities in it. A place to copy the code, executables,
other installables, etc. need to be decided at this stage. Setting up a database (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, etc.),
creating tables, inserting data and defining access controls are other major activities in this phase. Configuring
the network connectivity too will take a considerable effort if testing involves multiple locations and teams.
